I’m not a big fan of movie. This may sound hilarious, but I like the idea of tasting a different perspective of life through movie. When I have confusion, when I get lost, when I don’t travel or read, when I don’t talk with a therapist, movie could be my inspiration. The movies that make me ponder, the movies that make me a little different than before. Sometimes I feel like I am living in the story of a movie and I am the hero. I keep on making mistakes in the stories of my own movies and strive.
How it works:
Each time there will be a theme for the screening, with 3 movies as options that fit the theme.
In the event, we watch trailers of all 3 movies then vote which one to watch in full.
After the movie, we will discuss the plot, characters, themes, context, and whatever brings depth to the movie and makes it meaningful.
